As most of you know, I do not shoot weddings anymore. I decided my main focus should be on what I love doing the most. That's working with children. When a Erin asked me to shoot her wedding how in the world could I say no?! It was a 6 hour trek from the upstate to the coast for a few hours of wedding fun but it was worth it. 12 hours of driving is such a pain but when I popped the memory card into the computer the next day I realized that I wouldn't have had it any other way
Y'all. Adelynne is the apple of my eye. I've been working with this cute thing since she was almost 6 months old. I've watched her grow from a chunky little baby to a sassy [almost] four year old full of things to say at the perfect time. She has always showed out in front of the camera and made things on my side so easy. This year when we scheduled her birthday session I had one thing in mind, let her do her thing. She didn't fall short of making the session full of laughs a
This one came in HOT! She took straight to the cake and there was no turning back after that. She loved it! Until she decided she had enough and just needed to kick back and relax with a belly full of cake. She decided to make the session ALL about her and make sure we didn't forget she was there and on the move. Check out a few of the shots from Madison's first birthday session!
You would never know but this handsome dude was covered in blue from head to toe after his cakesmash. He didn't mind the mess and looked pretty cute the entire time! Check out these shots from Laken's cake smash session!
I can't. I just can't get over these cheeks y'all. Scarlett did SO GOOD during her session. She gave me the perfect amount of smiles and really showed out! With my love for Magnolia, and Joanna Gaines, we incorporated a gift a sweet friend got me years ago and I think it couldn't have fit this beauty any better (or maybe she couldn't have fit in it any better, haha). I love watching the kids who do first year packages grow and Scarlett really has grown so much. Without furthe
Meet Elliott! This handsome thing decided to make his arrival a little earlier than expected and had to spend some time in the NICU because off it. He might have been early but he sure came out with all the cuteness! Am I right or am I right?! His parents are teachers so what better thing to incorporate in his session than a few books? And of course what kind of photographer would I be if I didn't include some Fall themed photos when were rolling to Fall? Check out this stud
LOOK at this cutie! Miss Saylor is so precious! She reminds me so much of her brother when he was a fresh new baby. Big brother just wanted a little bit to do with us but it was just enough to grab few sweet shots of this family of 4. Congratulations to Miranda, Brandon, and Colton on their sweet new baby!
When I arrived to do this session, Megan's mom immediately told me she didn't think Megan would be able to get everyone together for this session. She said she couldn't believe it that the timing worked out the way it did. Some of this family lives along the coastal area and isn't in town frequently so getting everyone together seemed almost impossible. Thanks to Hurricane Florence, those who lived in the evacuated areas landed in the Upstate and we were able to schedule a la
This big boy was spilling out of the bucket and tried SO hard to stay awake and get to know me. He fought sleep so hard caught the hiccups but eventually settled down and decided a nap seemed like a much better option! With a head full of beautiful hair, check out some shot's from Parker's newborn session!
