As most of you know, I do not shoot weddings anymore. I decided my main focus should be on what I love doing the most. That's working with children. When a Erin asked me to shoot her wedding how in the world could I say no?! It was a 6 hour trek from the upstate to the coast for a few hours of wedding fun but it was worth it. 12 hours of driving is such a pain but when I popped the memory card into the computer the next day I realized that I wouldn't have had it any other way. The weather, the wind, the lighting, the people, and the experience was incredible. Everyone who put this together really did a jam up job and I know Erin and Hunter loved it and were so excited to get married. Here are a few shots into their big day. Thank you both for letting me be a part of it and to trust me behind the camera!
Peep the blue heart sewn on the back of Erin's dress is so special. Its a piece of her grandmother's wedding dress. That sure is something I miss about shooting weddings- seeing all the sentimental pieces of someone's life come together!
We had to get the entire wedding crew and guests in on the fun for a big photo. All of these people got to witness Hunter and Erin exchange rings on a beautiful evening with their feet in the sand on the coast!
